Doyle For Norfolk Campaign Update-3-30-18

There are only 32 more days until May 1st – Election Day!  This past week was filled with a variety of activities. The highlight for me was participating in the March for Our Lives on Saturday in downtown Norfolk.  The young adults who spoke and marched were impressive.  I love their candor and passion.  This generation has a focus and purpose and will not be stopped. As I have said before, talk is talk, but action is needed.

Given that we are so close to election, let me remind you of my core priorities – educationflooding and sea level risesafe neighborhoods, and economic development.  These must be equally successful and strong for the city to continue thriving.  To learn more about these issues in particular, visit my website at www.courtneydoyle.com.  Check out the videos and other content that further describe my ideas and positions.

I continue to walk door to door and am meeting new neighbors through house parties. I am very appreciative for those who open their homes for me to meet new folks and share my priorities.   I enjoy taking questions and gaining new insights about the city.

I truly am excited about the opportunity to serve on city council. Norfolk is a wonderful city.  Share my message with your friends and neighbors and remind them to vote for me on May 1st.  Voter turnout is the key.

Enjoy time with family this weekend. See a picture below I found of an Easter Sunday photo taken of my brothers and sister when I was 3 years old. My mother had a unique fashion style for us.

Regards,
Courtney
